Physically challenged man arrested with fresh human head

 Aphysically challenged man has been arrested with a fresh human head in Rivers State.

The 23-year-old man identified as Chinedu Okoro was arrested by operatives of ONELGA Security Peace and Advisory Council, OSPAC, for allegedly beheading a woman.
